Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to the social integration of vulnerable groups and inclusion in the labour market, also working as a trainer for young people and adults with special educational needs.

Her professional path includes the creation, implementation, and coordination of projects focused on employability and skills development for people in vulnerable situations. Since 2023, she has coordinated the Porta Aberta – Employability Agency at CRESCER, where she continues to develop innovative initiatives that bring the world of work closer to those who most need support in their integration.
