Christophe Vandeweghe graduated in Applied Economics (2003) at the University of Leuven, has a degree in Insurance and a Master of financial and actuarial engineering (2004-2005).
He has built up a vast experience in the insurance industry (ING insurance, Ageas) and audit & consulting (Deloitte). In October 2014, Christophe joined Ageas Group. He started as the head of risk management at Continental Europe, overseeing 5 operating entities and reporting to the CFO of the region and later became the Chief Risk Officer of the region and of Portugal.
Currently he is CFO and the Chief Business Development Officer of Ageas Portugal. He is also board member of Ageas in France.
