Julia Wagner is the Director of Programs at the Institute of Global Homelessness (IGH), the first organization focused on ending homelessness on a global scale.
At IGH, she leads work related to the Vanguard Program, the International Mayors Council on Homelessness, and the Global Data Dashboard on People Experiencing Homelessness. She has more than 15 years of experience in program design, building partnerships for systemic change, and collecting inclusive data, working in the areas of global public health, education, and homelessness.
