She graduated in Law at the age of 22, pursued an MBA in International Management, a Master’s in Educational Technologies, a PhD in Adult Education, and earned numerous international certifications in Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Hypnosis.

She was involved in the corporate world in executive roles in Portugal and abroad for almost 30 years and has always had a tremendous passion for people management and motivating the teams she led.

In 2014, she founded Xpand Pro, a brand aligned with the new paradigm of work and human development, where she now serves as CEO, Speaker, Executive Coach, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Trainer.

More than working with Human Resources, she enjoys knowing that she contributes to a society with more and more HUMANS with RESOURCES.
