Solange Ascensão
Criminologist and Coordinator at CRESCER

Graduated and post-graduated in Criminology from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, Solange Ascensão serves as a coordinator and criminologist in the É UMA RUA LISBOA OCIDENTAL Project of CRESCER.
She started her journey as a harm reduction worker in 2018 and has since coordinated outreach projects targeting vulnerable populations, including people who use psychoactive substances and people experiencing homelessness. Additionally, she has been involved in community intervention projects, STI testing for vulnerable populations, and tobacco harm reduction projects.
