With a career spanning more than 30 years at Cofidis, Laurence Facon has extensive international experience, having held leadership positions across several of the group’s companies in France, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal.
Her background includes leading the Recovery Department, overseeing Customer Relations and Amicable and Legal Recovery.
In 2023, she joined Cofidis Portugal as Director of Quality and Sustainability and currently holds the position of Director of Strategic Transformation, Sustainability, and Quality.
