She worked as a journalist at Expresso for over a decade, where, in 2008, she launched the column “A Vida de Saltos Altos” dedicated to women’s lives and challenges. A gender-equality activist, she is now a prominent voice on these topics across several national media outlets, including Visão, Máxima, and Meios & Publicidade.
She is also the co-host of the podcasts Um (Outro) Género de Conversa and Um Género de Conversa, both on Rádio Comercial, the latter awarded the Prémio Vozes 2022 and named Podcast of the Year in 2023 at the Temas Sociais, no Podes – Festival de Podcasts. She regularly speaks at conferences and debates on equality and equity and shares daily reflections with thousands of followers on Instagram.
