Ricardo began his professional journey in 2003, driven by the transformative potential of social impact. He founded Ethical, initially focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and later evolving the company into a consultancy specializing in the development of Impact Ecosystems.
His multidisciplinary background includes a postgraduate degree in Marketing, a master’s in Corporate Social Responsibility, and completion of the coursework for a PhD in Climate Change Policies and Sustainable Development. This foundation gives him a broad perspective on sustainability and social impact, combined with a deeply human approach to social and environmental issues.
Guided by the principle “Doing Well by Doing Good,” he advocates for the alignment between prosperity and purpose.
