Ana Vitória Moreno Casaca Fialho has a Master’s degree in Social Policy from the Institute of Social and Political Sciences and Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the Institute of Social Work in Lisbon.
Head of the Social Intervention Division of the Municipality of Amadora since April 2011.
Coordinator of the Executive Nucleus of the Local Council for Social Action of Amadora and the Planning Nucleus for Intervention with Homeless People in Amadora.
Responsible for the preparation and coordination of project applications for national and community funding in the areas of social action and health.
Responsible for the development of strategic planning documents for the Social Network of Amadora, including the Strategic Plan for Sustainable Aging, the Municipal Plan Against Violence, and the Municipal Plan for the Integration of Migrants of the Municipality of Amadora.
