Working in the field of Harm Reduction for the past 25 years, as a psychologist, coordinator, and currently a supervisor of intervention projects aimed at vulnerable populations, including people who use psychoactive substances, people experiencing homelessness, asylum seekers, refugees, and migrants.
He is a therapist at the Division of Intervention in Addictive Behaviors and Dependencies, working at CRI Lisbon Oriental and CRI do Ribatejo, where he is responsible for the Addictions Consultation in two Correctional Facilities.
He is the founder of CRESCER and currently serves as the President of the Board.
